The aroma of this specialty tea is clean, without any tinge of the moist and mouldy notes of ferment. Seaweed and floral notes are your first experience, with a distinct sweetness instead of the bitterness flavour of typical Chinese tea. The body is medium and the brew is vibrant, with lively tingling of the tea organic acids; yet without any sourness.

JSG Black Tea (Chang Sheng Chuan): 12 x 3.5g Tea Bag

• Notes: Seaweed and floral
• Body: Medium

Instructions: Steep each 3.5g tea bag for 1 min in 200 ml of 100°C water. The tea colour changes to pale yellow, releasing a seaweed aroma, the body is medium and the brew is vibrant.
